Good point. Thinking outside the box and looking at things from a different perspective often yields valuable insights. We are often advised to focus on improving our personal weaknesses. In my opinion, this may take a lot of time and effort as it works fundamentally against the human subconscious. While recognizing our weaknesses is important to avoid possible failures and become a better version of ourselves, given the fast pace of work and life, investing in improvements may not always keep up with demands, as maturity requires years of experience and growth.
